My goal is to help you get live your life to the fullest.
Can you relate?
A couple of years ago, I was stuck. Fear of failure had immobilized me, making me uncertain of my goals. I spiraled into despair. Part of me felt like I was too late, that ship had sailed, this is all there is. But I couldn’t accept that so I sought the help of a Christian counselor. There were a few things I needed to work on, which helped me move forward. However, I couldn’t was not able to get out of the mire pit of self-doubt by myself; I needed help and am oh-so-glad for it!
Perhaps you’ve gotten stuck in a situation or started feeling like there has to be something more. Was it when you turned a ‘certain’ age and started questioning your life choices?
Life can be a cycle of:
- Saying yes when we mean no.
- Do the things we don’t want (old habits are hard to shake).
- Not doing the things we want to (new habits can be hard to sustain).
- Losing focus
- Forgetting our life’s dreams
- Settling for the status quo
- Believing the culture’s delusions of eternal youth (and then feeling bad because we don’t look as young as we used to)
- Settling instead of pursuing goals
It’s time for 4th quarter thinking!
One of the biggest complaints women have shared with me over the years is being overwhelmed by change. They have a sense of what they want to do (a goal, a life-long dream, a lifestyle modification) but often get stalled, immobilized by what feels like an immovable mountain in front of them.
Moving into your purpose, discovering (and using) your spiritual gifts and talents, and having a mission and a plan to achieve it – that’s how I help women move into their next life phase.
I utilize the tools, techniques, and methods, and I’ll ask you the questions that help you get out of the mire and back on track.
Are you finally, once and for all, ready to do something about the nagging dissatisfaction in your soul?
Four Things About Me
Thirty+ Years of Learning and Teaching
This year, 2024, I turned sixty. I’m officially beginning the fourth quarter of life.
It’s already different from any other time in my life. For instance, we welcomed our first grandbaby (we are enamored!) and celebrated 35 years of marriage. Life is good. I collaborate more with God (rather than doing it on my own) and am intentional about my life now more than ever.
Turning 60 didn’t bother me. It empowered me.
Inside, I am different. I no longer buy into our culture’s obsession with the myth of ‘staying young’.
The mortality rate is 100%. We aren’t meant to look, feel, or be the same as we were in our first, second, or third quarter of life. Don’t get caught up in the quest for eternal youth. Seasons of life have reasons. Each stage has a purpose. However, we must be intentional. Remember, time = life.
It’s time to refocus on who we are becoming, especially as we enter our third and fourth quarters of life.

You are as young as your faith,
as old as your doubt,
as young as your self-confidence,
as old as your fear,
as young as your hope,
as old as your despair.
