How long are the sessions?
Coaching sessions are 60-minutes in duration.
The initial Strategy Sessions are complimentary and last 30 minutes.
Where are the sessions held?
Wellness Coaching sessions are held virtually. You’ll receive a link to join each session.
What will we discuss?
Initially, you’ll be asked questions so I can best understand your concerns, goals, and wellness vision. Follow-up sessions are client-led. I listen, ask you some questions, and we make a plan together.
What if I cannot attend a session?
I ask that you cancel your appointments a minimum of ten (10) hours prior to the start time. And we’ll just reschedule at your convenience.
Missed sessions without notice are forfeited.
What will we cover?
We will work together to establish your wellness vision, talk about/set your weekly goals, and our topics will range between nutrition, movement, motivation, and mindfulness (stress management).
What kind of goals will I set?
Your goals are personalized to meet your wellness vision. If you have a weight loss goal, for example, we’ll talk about setting weekly goals to help you attain your weight loss goal. This would include nutrition, movement, mindfulness – whichever area you feel needs your focus.
What kind of access will I have to you (coach)?
We will have our weekly or bi-weekly 60-minute schedule sessions AND you’ll have a personal portal where I will provide information relative to your goals and topics we’ve discussed.

Is coaching effective?
Yes—coaching can be incredibly effective, especially when you’re ready for support, structure, and a plan that fits your life. Most women already know what they “should” be doing—but struggle with consistency, confusion, or knowing what actually works for their changing body.
That’s where coaching makes the difference. Instead of more information, you get personalized guidance, accountability, and a simple, sustainable approach tailored to midlife.
