a health, wellness, and Christian life coach with more than 30 years of helping women live healthfully and authentically.  My goal is to help you live the ‘fourth quarter’ of your life to the fullest! 

Your Fourth Quarter

Do you know the average life expectancy of an American is about 80 years? Thirty-five percent live to age 90.

Think about your life’s timeline  divided into quarters, kind of like this:  

  • If your age is between 1 and 20, you are in the 1st quarter of life.
  • If your age is between 21 and 40, you are in the 2nd quarter.
  • If your age is between 41 and 60, you are in the 3rd quarter.
  • If your age is between 61 and 80, you are in the 4th quarter.
  • Over 80 years old is bonus time!

How do you want to spend your 4th quarter of life?

Sometimes we get to our third or fourth quarter and realize there are things we still want to do, areas of life we want to enhance, changes we want to make, dreams we want to pursue. 

It’s not too late (or too early) to establish what you need and want most at this time in your life.

Time = Life.

What are you waiting for?

It’s the same ol’ same ol’ thing.

You want to move toward something different.  You want to be more active, eat healthier, have more energy, move toward that dream.  You’re just not sure how to get started or make it happen, so you stay stuck doing the same ol’ thing.

 

You want to do life a bit differently now.

You’re sick of ‘anti-aging’ culture.  You’re done with dieting. You want to feel good in your body.  You know what’s good for you and want to make the changes – finally!

It’s time to do it!

You’re in your 3rd or even 4th quarter and there is a  yearning in your soul. Now that you’re older and wiser, you’d like to take some practical steps toward that yearning.  

Getting started can feel overwhelming (it’s often why we stop pursuing our dreams).

You have a restlessness that you can’t explain.

You’re looking for meaning. Perhaps you’ve been thinking more about your spiritual health or “what’s next?”  This is very common as we reach our 50s+.  Spiritual health is an important aspect of our wellness.

 

 

Is your life on pause?


Perhaps you are feeling a bit stuck.  At some point, we feel uncertain, unfulfilled, or stuck in a rut.

  • You may feel stuck in a career that’s not inspiring.
  • Perhaps you are tired of a diet mentality that is frustrating and not working.
  • Sometimes we lose touch with our authentic selves and feel like we’re faking it.  
  • Maybe you’ve been wanting to make some health changes but it’s still on your ‘to-do’ list.
It’s time to live life fully!

 

It’s critically important to be clear about what matters most for you.  To be unclear about your priorities means continuing to be mesmerized by trivialities and seduced by distractions. Prioritize the things that matter most, not the things that matter least.
