Who is the program for?
The Midlife Momentum Method was created for women 45+ who need support with nutrition and a little boost with adding more movement into their day.
What can I expect in the program?
Coach-guided, evidence-based, science-driven information presented in easy-to-follow ‘lessons’. You can go at your own pace and practice what you learn right away! There are videos, supportive materials to download, guides, workouts, and more!
This is a mutual commitment. This program works because it is a partnership.
I’ll provide expert coaching, structure, and support each lesson, and your role is to show up, engage, and take action between sessions.
When both pieces are in place, transformation happens.
How long is the program?
The Midlife Momentum Method offers both a 12- and 16-week option. However, you are encouraged to go at a pace that works for you. If something feels easy, move ahead. If you need extra time on something, stay with it until you’re comfortable. While this is a self-paced program, it is recommended you set aside 1-2 hours per week to watch the video lessons and practice the skills taught.
What if I miss a week?
Life is busy. The Midlife Momentum Method is designed as a 12- or 16-week program, but your progress doesn’t have to follow a strict timeline. You’re encouraged to spend to spend extra time where needed and to trust your pace. Just try not to pause for too long. When too much time passes, it can be harder to pick back up and keep going.
How will I access the program?
You will have access from any device – computer, phone, tablet.
What kind of support will I receive?
One 30-minute private coaching session, very supportive downloads, and community. Also, there is a 90-Day Wellness Support Guide to continue what you’ve learned, videos, and coach access to throughout.
What does the program cost?
The program fee is $997 (this is the current pre-sale price).
Is there a payment plan?
Yes, there are two payment plan options:
- Pay over 6 months ($171 per month)
- Pay over 12 months ($85.50 per month).
Payment plans do include a processing fee.
Pay-in-full bonus:
If you pay in full at when registering, you will receive one 60-minute private strategy session ($175 value). It is a personalized coach call to refine your goals and create a tailored action plan.
