Create Your Wellness Plan
It’s how you’ll stop starting over!

Have you ever noticed how easy it is to jump into a new eating plan or workout routine without really knowing where you’re headed?

I used to think the next diet, the perfect meal plan, or a better exercise schedule was the answer. But over time I realized something important

Without a clear vision, it's easy to lose direction.

When life gets busy (and it always does!), we fall back into old habits because we aren’t anchored to something bigger than today’s motivation.

That’s why one of the very first things I help women do is create a Wellness Plan.

A wellness vision is your personal guide for what you truly want for your health and well-being. It’s not about reaching a certain number on the scale or following someone else’s definition of health. It’s about identifying how you want to feel, live, move, and care for yourself in this season of life.

When you have a wellness plan, you gain:

And, instead of starting another diet or exercise plan:

  • Clarity about what really matters to you.
  • Intention behind your daily choices.
  • Direction for setting meaningful “stepping stone” goals.
  • A foundation for building habits that fit your real life.
  • Stay focused and aligned with what matters most.
  • Reduce overwhelm and decision fatigue.
  • Make choices that support your lifestyle instead of chasing perfection.
  • Build healthy habits one step at a time.

This is how lasting wellness is created—not through willpower, but through consistent actions that reflect the life you want to live.

Your vision doesn’t have to be complicated. It simply needs to answer the question:

“What kind of healthy life do I want to create?”

From there, every small choice becomes a stepping stone toward that vision.

To help you get started, I’ve created a Wellness Vision Worksheet that will walk you through the process of creating a meaningful vision for your health and well-being.

Take 10–15 quiet minutes with a cup of coffee or tea, dream a little, and write down what you truly want. You might be surprised how much clarity comes from putting your thoughts on paper.

Remember, you don’t need a perfect plan. You need a clear vision.

And then you simply take the next small step.
